Setup MT to work with a Single Signon Server
I've got a MT installation, which has to get it's logins from a Single Signon Server. I don't know how to do this yet, so if somebody knows, please assist. If nobody assists and I will find out any other way I'll post my solutions back here.
Best way to host across a web farm.
I have a db powered blog(s) that generates static pages and a pair (for now) of web servers. The route that I'm taking is to run MT on server one and rsync the pages to server2, which at least preservers redundancy in accessing the content -if not for the publishers.

... Diagnose long rebuild times?
How do I determine which plugins/templates/processes are causing rebuild times to time out, without pulling pieces out one by one and watching what happens?
